Get in touch

Fill in the required details, selecting “Let’s work” under the subject tab, and proceed to give some slight descriptions in the Message section. Here, please mention :

Which of our services you’d like
Contact info, with convenient times (any way to reach you besides email)
Your project time-line (in case it’s an urgent project)

Kick-off meeting

We will schedule a virtual meeting or make a phone call to discuss your project, establish whether designs or permits are required and determine how you would like to proceed. You may also be required to share project files if any exist, and a proforma invoice might be issued.

In-person consultation

As per the nature of the project, and the details available or missing from previous consultation, an in-person meeting might be scheduled, for further clarifications on client needs and nature and details of the space, scope of work. (subject to the consultant/nature of service required).

First payments

With the agreed upon scope of works, and with the client officially engaging us or our partners, a contract may come into play, and an agreed upon percentage of the sum cost may be required by Fresco Zuri or the Partner(s) presently engaged.

Work progress review

At agreed upon stages of the design process, Fresco Zuri and/or it’s partners might present details of the on going design for review and adjustments by the client.

Work delivery

For purely design work, proof of completion of works will be provided to the client, upon which time, the remainder of any charged fees will be completed, before the entirety of the work is delivered to the client via a convenient conduit.

Approvals, site work and next stages

After the design stages, Fresco Zuri Designs and it’s Partners would be able to see the client through the local approval processes, and upon further engagement, initiate a separate process for construction, at which point, the client will receive a comprehensive project walkthrough, with cost breakdowns and timelines.
