Most of our transactions are optimized for online interactions, including the ordering and payment processes, as well as the delivery of completed works. We thus email you the finished works, or send you a link to access your project  from either Dropbox, WeTranfer, Google Drive or within our website (these will have a deadline of 48 hours to 7 days before project is removed.) In special instances, or at your insistence, a face to face drop off may be arranged.

Presently we restrict our mode of payment to Mobile money, cheques and cash but in future we hope to integrate more payment methods including bank transfers and PayPal.

Changes in any project are expected from the start, and more than welcome to customize the project to suite you and your vision better. As long as you understand that they will probably extend the initial agreed upon time line, no extra charges will be imposed. However, drastic changes in a project, involving more than 50%  to a complete overhaul of previously agreed upon aspects may incur extra charges.

After placing an order, you are at liberty to cancel the order at any given time for any given reason. You will be refunded up to 90% of the deposit if works had not progressed much. But if we had completed our works, and reasons for your cancellation are not due to any faults/incompetence on our side, there will not be a refund of the deposit monies, and unless the rest of the initially agreed upon cost is paid, we also reserve the right to not complete or hand over the works.

We do accept student projects, and of course offer different rates as long as there is proof of scholarly claim. We are also willing to teach some of what we do to interested students on the use of some of our related software.

As long as the client understands our scheduling and the additional costs of getting one or some of our representatives to where they, their sit or construction projects are, we can and do travel anywhere within Kenya. Further rates are subject to our partners, and will be communicated accordingly.

We follow the RIBA plan of work, a copy of which can be viewed (here). And we also ensure that our partners adhere to the Kenyan construction policies and regulations as highlighted by the NCA (National Construction Authority) and all relevant local authorities.

After the initial consultation, we will liaise with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied and we will asses your ideas to prepare a client demo. This will include a design concept which will explore the use and layout for the building or landscape, and we may also get you a budget and work estimate construction timescales.(extra charges apply for a QS).

The concept sketches will be used to develop the Detailed Design. All of this will be prepared in CAD, and later delivered in picture format for renders, video format for animations, or documentation details as applies.

We offer at least one free consultation for all new projects, with payments only expected when you decide to work with us, or upon further consultations.

Fairly! You can select part or all our services, and our fees will be worked out depending on your requirements. Some projects do have fixed fees and percentage fees or both. Should you choose a specified service offered by one of our partners, they will tell your their fees after consultation.

Depending on need, we use Archicad (15-24), Sketchup (20), Cinema 4d (R18 and R19), Artlantis (5 and6) and Lumion (11) for design work and 3d renderings and animations, as well as some of the Adobe set (Photo-shop, Premier Pro, InDesign and After Effects) for post production works.
